  • Tech Packs: Creating the complete blueprint for your design, including Bill of Materials (BOM), stitch call-outs, and measurement charts.

  • Material & Print Strategy: Advising on fabric performance, print placements, and reviewing lab dips to ensure color continuity.

  • Digital Fit Solutions: Leading technical fit sessions (from first prototype to Gold Seal) to ensure your brand's fit standards are met.

  • Expert Grading: Developing bespoke, brand-specific grade rules and applying them across your range to ensure consistency for every customer.

Compliance, Quality & Production

  • Legal Compliance & Labelling: Drafting accurate wash care instructions and ensuring labels meet UK/EU/US fibre and origin regulations.

  • AQL & Quality Control: Reviewing factory AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) reports to advise on shipment approvals and bulk quality.

  • Production Troubleshooting: Providing Technical Corrective Action Plans to fix fit or construction issues that arise mid-production.
