Meet Tash
I’ve spent the last 20 years living and breathing the technical side of fashion. My career has taken me from the fast-paced factory floor to major retailers and high-end designer studios and I’ve loved every second of it. I am constantly in awe of the creativity I see in this industry; there is nothing I enjoy more than taking a designer's wildest idea and figuring out the technical puzzle to make it a wearable reality. I don't just "do" technical; I partner with you to make sure your vision survives the manufacturing process intact.
There’s No Excuse for Bad Fit
If a garment doesn’t fit properly, nothing else matters. You can have the most beautiful aesthetic in the world, but if it’s uncomfortable or unflattering, it doesn’t sell or ends up returned. I obsess over fit and grading so you don’t have to, ensuring your product doesn't just look good on a mannequin, but works for a diverse range of real bodies.
Let’s Prevent the Problems
I’ve seen enough production runs to know that most disasters are completely avoidable. My job is to spot the red flags early, ask the awkward questions that others might skip, and fix technical errors before they turn into expensive mistakes. I’m here to save your budget and your sanity by being proactive, not reactive.
Calm, Honest, No-Nonsense
I’m not here to be a "yes" person; I’m here to be your technical advocate. I believe in clear advice, straight answers, and fighting your corner when it matters most. Integrity is my work love language, I’ll always give you the honest truth about a fabric or a construction method, and I value that same honesty in return. No fluff, no drama, just a calm head helping you build a better brand.

GET to KNOW me
-
I live a few minutes walk from the beach in Leigh-on-Sea and you will often see me sprinting home in my DryRobe after having a dip in the sea (yes, even in winter!)
-
I have an endless curiosity and an amazing ability to learn just about anything. I’m currently learning all about antique jewellery and how to plaster walls.
-
I have an unhealthy obsession with collecting cat-themed things: clothes, mugs, books, phone cases. I’m married with two lovely daughters - we’re all cat lovers, and we’re very grateful that our two black cats, Darren and Doris, continue to tolerate us in their home.
